Carsen Fallang is President and owner of Thumbs Up Construction. He began his construction career in finish carpentry in 2005 and joined Thumbs Up in 2012, progressing from hands-on construction to project oversight and client development. He took on operational leadership in 2022 and purchased the company shortly afterward.
Carsen brings practical construction experience and a personal approach to client relationships. He works with clients to understand their needs, address challenges, and guide projects forward. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and two children and camping with family and friends.
