President

Carsen is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with a career that began in 2005 when he ventured into the world of finish carpentry. His journey in construction eventually led him to join the Thumbs Up Construction team in early 2012. In his initial years, Carsen was hands-on, actively involved in construction projects and gradually transitioning into a role where he oversaw projects and contracted new jobs.

In early 2022, Carsen assumed the role of operations within Thumbs Up Construction and purchased the company shortly after. Under his guidance, Thumbs Up Construction has continued to expand, and he has big plans for the company’s future.

Carsen is not only a skilled professional but also a “people person” who is known for his positive attitude. He takes the time to truly listen to people, forging strong connections and finding optimal solutions to challenges. His reputation for integrity makes him someone others can trust implicitly.

Beyond his professional life, Carsen is a loving husband and devoted father to two young children. He values quality time with his family and enjoys outdoor activities such as camping with friends and family. His passion for both his work and personal life is evident in his dedication to making a positive impact in everything he undertakes.
